The control system at Hopfully Brewing Co. was installed to aid in the brewing process, this requires the temperature of brewing tanks to be precisely controlled for extended periods.  This is achieved by monitoring the temperature of the tanks and operating a series of cooling solenoid valves to maintain the temperature within the required limits.

A local Mach ProView is used to monitor the system and to adjust system parameters to suit the product type being produced.  The data logging feature is used to track tank temperatures during the brewing cycle to confirm consistent temperature profiling.
